The BLAC Wall Street Program empowers Black and underrepresented leaders through career access, cultural identity, and economic mobility—keeping talent and opportunity rooted in our communities.
What It Is:
The BLAC Wall Street Program is a career placement and leadership initiative that empowers Black and underrepresented young professionals (ages 18–28) with the tools, training, and opportunities to thrive—right within their own communities.
We connect participants to jobs, internships, and business support while embedding identity development, financial wellness, and leadership training into every step.

Cultural Leadership Training – Strengthen identity, confidence, and purpose to lead with power.

How It Works:
Apply Online – Fill out the Career Interest Form
Submit Resume – Or request help building one
Intake Call – 1-on-1 coaching to map your goals
Pre-Placement Training – Leadership, mock interviews, resume coaching
Placement – You’re matched with a job, internship, or business opportunity
Ongoing Support – Bi-monthly check-ins and alumni resources
Eligibility:
Must be 18–28 years old or emerging professionals
Community Ties: Must identify as Black or underrepresented and have a commitment to uplifting their community
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required (college or vocational training is a plus)
Availability: Must be able to commit to full pre-placement training (leadership, resume, and mock interviews)
Work Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Communication: Must have a professional email address and access to phone/internet
Leadership Potential: Demonstrated passion for community involvement, advocacy, or leadership (school, work, or life experience)
Application Completion: Submit a completed application with a brief personal statement

No. You need a high school diploma or equivalent. We work with all education levels.

We train you. Our program is designed for early professionals and career-starters.
