Letter From the CEO
Dear Revolutionary Partners,
BLAC (Black Leadership Alliance Coalition) is not just a leadership nonprofit—we are a revolution in workforce development, economic mobility, and cultural empowerment. We are a collective of professionals committed to dismantling systemic barriers and addressing the often-overlooked internalized racism that holds Black and underserved professionals back. Our approach is revolutionary because we don’t just focus on career placement—we prioritize cultural empowerment first. By affirming identity, rebuilding confidence, and equipping leaders with the tools, networks, and resources they need, we prepare them to dismantle barriers and achieve lasting success.
With over 500 young professionals impacted—79% securing high-impact careers, pursuing advanced degrees, or launching businesses, and 91% reporting increased confidence and leadership readiness—BLAC is proving that when Black leaders are not hindered by covert racism, they excel. Through our cultural leadership programs, executive coaching, and career placement initiatives, we are strengthening Black families, closing racial wealth gaps, and reshaping social and economic norms.
With the right investment, we can scale this impact—expanding our reach, increasing career pathways, and building a generation of self-sufficient, culturally affirmed leaders who won’t just break barriers but redefine the system entirely. This isn’t just about jobs. It’s about power, progress, and self-determination. It’s our time to lead.
In unity and progress,
TJ Harris
