BLAC (Black Leadership Alliance Coalition) is a transformative nonprofit committed to driving socioeconomic advancement in the Black community through cultural empowerment, comprehensive mental health support, and targeted career placement. By equipping emerging leaders with the tools and opportunities they need, BLAC seeks to eliminate the economic disparities that contribute to crime and instability, fostering sustainable growth and positive change for both the Black community and society as a whole.

Our mission is to drive socioeconomic development within the Black community by empowering talented young Black leaders through coaching and strategic career placement.

Our Focuses

Cultural Empowerment

Providing cultural enrichment and historical awareness to counter racial internalization and promote cultural empowerment.

Mental Health Support

Connecting participants with Black and BIPOC therapists for comprehensive free therapy and support.

Career Placement

Providing months of internships, on-the-job training, and employment opportunities in law, finance, mental health, local government and other leading industries.
