BLAC is dedicated to driving socioeconomic development within the Black community by cultivating leaders and creating pathways to economic success. Through cultural empowerment, mental health support and career placement, we address and eliminate the root causes of crime, violence, and instability, often fueled by economic deprivation.

Who are We Impacting?

BLAC is dedicated to advancing socioeconomic development in the Black community through empowering our early professionals and emerging leaders typically aged 22-30 through cultural empowerment, mental health support and economic development.
