BLAC (Black Leadership Alliance Coalition) is a leadership and career development nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing socioeconomic development in the Black community through cultural empowerment, mental health support and career placement.
Vision
BLAC envisions a society where Black and minority communities thrive economically, socially, and culturally, free from the constraints of internalized racism, crime and instability, as result of economic and cultural empowerment.
